1. Who runs this
Playbex Network is an independent Minecraft server operated by a private individual. It is not affiliated with Mojang AB or Microsoft. Questions go through the support system on this site.
2. Your account
You must give a working email address and confirm it. One account per person. Do not register an address you do not control. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms or the in-game rules.
3. BexBalance
BexBalance is a site currency with no real-world value. It cannot be cashed out, transferred to another player, moved to another server, or exchanged for money or anything outside this site.
You can earn BexBalance for free by playing. Playtime pays automatically once you link your Minecraft account. You can also buy it, but you never have to.
We may adjust balances to correct errors, reverse fraudulent payments, or respond to abuse.
4. Crates
Crates give randomised items. Every crate publishes its exact drop chances before you open it, and those chances are the same for everyone.
Each opening is sealed cryptographically before you click, and the seeds are shown afterwards so you can verify the result was not changed.
Items are cosmetic or convenience features tied to this server. They are not property, cannot be traded, and have no value outside the server.
5. Purchases
Purchases are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
All purchases are final. See the Refund Policy.
6. Conduct
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, harass other players, or attempt to break into the site or the server. Do not use another person's account or payment method.
7. Availability
The server and site are provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime and may change or discontinue features, including crates and BexBalance, at any time.
8. Changes
These terms may change. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
