All BexBalance purchases are final and non-refundable. BexBalance is delivered to your account instantly and cannot be returned once delivered.
Please be sure before you buy.
You never have to pay
BexBalance can be earned for free by playing the server. Every hour of playtime pays BexBalance automatically once your Minecraft account is linked. Nothing on this site is available only to people who spend money.
Buying is a shortcut, not a requirement.
Exceptions
We will look into it if:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase
- You paid and the BexBalance never arrived
- Someone used your payment method without permission
Open a ticket under Purchase issue with the date and amount. Genuine billing errors are corrected.
Chargebacks
Raising a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us will result in the account being suspended and the balance removed. Talk to us first. Billing mistakes get fixed.
Minors
If you are under 18, get permission from whoever pays the bill before buying anything.
