What we store
- Your email, to confirm the account and send password resets and ticket replies. It is never shown to other players.
- Your password, hashed with argon2id. We cannot read it.
- Your username, picture and bio, which are public.
- Your Minecraft UUID and name, once you link.
- Playtime, balance and crate history.
- IP address and browser, attached to login sessions, to spot account theft.
Card details are handled entirely by Stripe. They never reach our server.
What we share
Nothing with advertisers, ever. Stripe processes payments. Email is delivered by our mail provider. That is the whole list.
Other players see
Your username, picture, bio, rank and playtime. Never your email address.
Cookies
One cookie to keep you signed in, and two to remember your language and theme. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Deleting your account
Open a ticket and ask. We remove your profile, email, balance and items. Anonymised records of completed purchases are kept where the law requires.
Children
If you are under 13, ask a parent before signing up. If we learn we have data from a child under 13 without consent, we delete it.
